Great dog grooming service. I didn't know I needed a dog groomer since I have always had outdoorsy dogs that were low maintenance. Now I have a dog with an abundant undercoat that he has trouble getting rid of and it becomes a problem. D'Tails staff were patient and worked on Victor for hours. I am pretty sure other groomers would have just shaved him. He looks great and feels good (I can tell) and a staff member (or owner) helped me to understand why his fur was problematic (involving swimming) and gave me advice on how to keep him in tiptop shape-- when to bring him in, etc. I appreciate the time and attention they gave to my sweet pup. I have been looking for the right groomer for our Husky and I finally found them. Our Husky hates baths, he loves to swim and lay in dirty puddles though. He gets stressed when he gets barked at, even more so if he's in a crate and gets barked at. He cannot be shaved, not even for a sanitary trim. The aftermath isn't pretty at all. Groomers usually love him, I am not sure they actually mean our Husky, lol, since he is well behaved with them. There was no sign of stress when he was picked up, at all.
