We had an urgent problem come up and Tom was able to get someone out and do the work within 36 hours and since we were out of town he sent photos and called to explain the problem. Great work guys. Thank you.

We have gotten help from Julio in the past (14 years ago) and were impressed with his ability to quickly diagnose plumbing problems and he is able to think outside the box in order to diagnose problems that are unseen behind walls. We had a new leak that we needed fixed quickly since we were expecting many family members very soon. Although Julio had a full schedule he did come to our rescue! Five minutes after arriving he had the leak identified. It was in the ceiling. He had it fixed in record time! He is the best! Thanks Julio and also to Tom who was able to schedule him.

Thank you for helping fix the problem. The fellow with whom I initially spoke was kind, quick to access the issue and efficient, however, I did not catch his name. Julio came to the rescue, did a great job and fixed the problem swiftly. He also went out of the way to fix another issue that was a last minute request of mine and was not initially discussed at the time of booking. I felt it was rude of me to ask so late, but he still helped and I appreciate that.
