Ben Cobb was so helpful to us! We came in with a lot of questions, and he did a great job of helping us. It was apparent that customer service was an important thing to him. It felt like a good friend was working with us, and wanted what was in our best interests. Very refreshing. I highly recommend!

We had such a low stress, frankly enjoyable experience working with Shane at The Housing Mart as we started looking for our new modular home. Shane was as excited for us as we were when we came that day to see what was available. We were happily surprised at the prices and quality of the Skyline Homes on their lot. Shane knew what he was talking about when answering our questions (and was willing to do the research and come back to us with what he did not know). We have lived in a mobile home since 1985 and we knew what the process would be like to place a new home on land again. The Housing Mart was exactly what I was looking for. They have a wide variety of homes from various different manufacturers. They got something for everyone from small little single wides to pretty large triple wides. I had gone to a few other places however they didn't treat me half as well as Shane did. My build took longer than expected and had ended up changing house designs and Shane was took care of me through all of it.
