We first met with The Housing Mart in Chehalis about a year ago when we decided putting a modular on our property was ideal for our situation, and from day one Shane has been incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. We ran into some delays on our end dealing with the county, permits etc, but Shane continued to stay in touch with us, keeping us informed on what they needed from us and up to date every step of the way. Shane at the Housing Mart is a phenomenal sales representative. He was knowledgeable, accommodating, and honest. His insights helped us make smart choices that suited our needs and he was always quick to respond to phone calls and emails. He communicates well and was such a good person to go to with questions and concerns.
