“We have been working with Water Doctor for 20+ years and always had great service. A couple years ago, they suggested replacing our filtering system but it was quoted out to be 10-15K depending on which option we chose. We stalled for a couple years due to the cost and finally got another quote which came in a couple thousand less.
Eventually, we decided to go with Water Doctor in spite of the higher cost as their service has always been terrific. From the business office, to the repair team, the owner to the service technicians, everyone treats us kindly, with respect, are prompt and timely with their appointments.
Another important factor is that I noticed over the past year or so, my silvery locks had become frizzy and brittle. I thought it was my old age or perhaps I needed to change the products I used. After about 6 weeks on our new system, my hair has returned to its soft, shiny silver and I'm back to receiving compliments on my locks again.

“Was having problems with drains and toilets backing up and needed a bathroom faucet and shutoffs replaced so I decided to call Coal Creek Plumbing Repair. Brad suspected the drains and backups were septic related and referred me to Rich’s Rooter Service (see review) to get that problem resolved right away. Got it cleared up that same day and called Brad back and scheduled for him to come out to do the faucet and shutoffs. He arrived on time and got straight to it. The quality of work was excellent. He pointed out another fixture replacement that would need to be done in the future but assured me it wasn’t urgent. He provided advice on another faucet that I need replaced and what that process would entail. He is a professional and skilled tradesperson and I would highly recommend.“
