We hired Derek to tear down our old porch and rebuild it. He went above and beyond honestly. The new porch is stunning! We ordered a slightly different than normal lattice for under the porch and everything came together perfectly. The Trex boards look stunning and the railing and solar lights are amazing to see at night or during the day.
We are absolutely hiring him to get more things done as we need them.
Summit Pro Home Remodel and Repair, did a full remodel of our beachfront shop house that had its share of peculiarities and uniqueness. Plumb, level, and square were not this building’s strong points, it was a challenge. Derek approached the project as if it was his own home and figured out how to repair, work around, or completely fix every detail. He has stellar skills, is a real craftsman, and is pleasant and easy to work with. He worked hard and we couldn’t be happier with our remodel. We would hire him again, no qualms.
