Before making a decision, I spent quite a bit of time researching and comparing options, including several online monument companies in other states. Because the small cemetery where our father is laid to rest is in the Centralia area, I asked if they had experience working with Centralia Monument. They did and spoke very highly of them, which gave us additional confidence in our decision.

Our family had already developed a custom monument design through another website, and Mike was able to work with our design and help us understand the different options while staying true to what we wanted.
Once we placed the order, the entire process was easy. They communicated clearly about the expected timeline and what to expect, then took care of everything behind the scenes. When the monument was installed, it turned out beautifully. We could not be happier with the finished result.
The monument was designed for both our father and mother. When our mother is eventually laid to rest beside him, hopefully many years from now, Centralia Monument will be able to help us add her final date as well. It is comforting to know they will be there to help our family when that time comes.
