CrossFit Sentry is led by passionate new owners, Jon and Sam, who are committed to helping members improve their fitness levels. The coaches provide personalized guidance, ensuring that each individual can perform workouts safely and effectively. The atmosphere is encouraging and supportive, making it an ideal environment for those new to exercise or CrossFit. Members have reported increased energy, self-confidence, and weight loss after joining. Travis and the team are praised for making everyone feel welcome and accommodating individual needs.
I’ve been going to CrossFit Sentry for 6 months now and absolutely love it! The coaches are very helpful, the people are motivating, and the workouts are intense. They do a great job of scaling for skill level, strength, and injuries which I also really appreciate.

After having 5 kids and losing my youthful body I decided enough was enough. Not knowing a thing about exercise or workout plans I decided to try crossfit. Having a coach right there helping me on technique and to find a version of the workout that I can do is exactly what i was looking for. The atmosphere is amazing, everyone is so encouraging and helpful. I now have energy through out the day, more self confidence and in 2 months I've lost 10lbs and counting! Best decision ever to join
