After having 5 kids and losing my youthful body I decided enough was enough. Not knowing a thing about exercise or workout plans I decided to try crossfit. Having a coach right there helping me on technique and to find a version of the workout that I can do is exactly what i was looking for. The atmosphere is amazing, everyone is so encouraging and helpful. I now have energy through out the day, more self confidence and in 2 months I've lost 10lbs and counting! Best decision ever to join

I was talked into going by my wife and daughter and I have to say, Travis and crew do a great job making everyone feel welcome and making all exercises curtaiked to the individual..huge props and highly recommend I've been going almost 2 month now..and do enjoy it

Fantastic facility with plenty of space. The coaches are friendly, attentive and are excellent at catering to each individual making it the perfect place for all levels and any age. Highly recommended.
