We recommend AmeriCool for all our HVAC needs!! This month we scheduled an annual maintenance appointment with AmeriCool. The appointment was about a week out. About 4 days before the appointment, our heat pump fan quit working. When I told AmeriCool, it did not change our appointment date! The tech brought some parts with him. He quickly found and replaced the part. This company is fantastic! They are all friendly (from the phones to in person)!
First time using these guys, huge shout out to Taylor, Trevor and Zac for being so 'Americool' and making this a smooth process; getting the maintenance done efficiently, and even installing a new thermostat for me. Will definitely be using these guys again.
The quote was right around what I expected, and the sales guy Patrick did a great job answering questions and was very friendly. During the quote Patrick discovered a problem with my heat pump and showed me how my system works, and he actually ended up fixing the root of all my AC problems in a matter of seconds. Unfortunately, my old system has now been running better than the last 6 years since we bought this place, so I'm having a hard time replacing it now! When the time comes I definitely will go with Americool though, seems like a great company ?
