Went in there expecting to have to order a new blower fan for my hvac system, guy in the shop was able to help me get my current fan functioning again without trying to push me into buying unneeded equipment. Highly recommend!
This company is amazing - called them on a Monday with dysfunctional AC unit and they were out by Wednesday. Kyle was great and taught me how to clean/care for HVAC system. Melissa was also kind and helpful when it came to working with the warranty company. Thank you guys for running an awesome company!
Thank you Denali HVA! I got a very pleasant and quick response from office when I called for help this morning. A technician, Kyle, arrived quickly and even ahead of estimated time, which is especially nice when the heater isn’t working in winter. Kyle was a very polite and professional nice young man and got to work right away! He definitely knew what he was doing and got my heat pump fixed and running again in a short time. He answered my questions patiently and politely. He checked everything thoroughly and even offered to reset the thermostat for me.
