Amazing, personable, excellent service and absolutely 10/10 nail tech skills - the massage chair is great and so are the hands and feet massages - the whole experience was sooo relaxing. Kenzie does a fantastic job of grooming my 2yo golden retriever. I appreciate that she is able to offer one-on-one appointments to ease the nerves of the pups and make it a calm and enjoyable experience. My dog is always returning to me looking, feeling and smelling terrific!

Amazing! Collier assured me she could help me gain full use of my arm after a serious shoulder injury. A broken bone & badly torn rotator cuff, a ton of pain & lost mobility. Doctors shrugged and suggested surgery as an only option. I tried Collier on a referral and so glad I did! Significant improvement in mobility & a lot less pain. Completely recommend her experienced service.
This is a fantastic local company. I received great, timely service all the way from the receptionist to the service personal (Buzz) that did my work. He went over and above to make sure that he did the job better than right and when I had questions, they had answers for me. Absolutely amazing job on floors on our home built in 1923 that had been covered under nasty old carpet for about 75 years. Jason and his team also added new oak flooring in the kitchen and did miracles with old fir flooring throughout the house. It is like a brand new home but the newly refinished floors maintain all the character and warmth of a home built 100 years ago - well done!

Pros: Gives an amazing haircut. Treats the customer with respect and has good prices. Quaint salon, not high energy. Relaxed place.Cons: Never answers their phone, and doesn't have a voice-mail set up so they will not get back to you.
Great service. Very friendly and helpful. You just have to get the right employee. The negative reviews are still accurate as one employee there is somewhat unpleasant and unfriendly, whereas the other is very friendly. Sometimes they work the same shift which is interesting....
I live in Omak and needed a haircut for an upcoming wedding. I got lucky to catch a walk in spot but will gladly be making the 2 hr trip in the future. Livy did an amazing job and she’s very knowledgeable. I’ve got long hair and she knew exactly how to make it look clean without taking too much length off.

After several months' of depression, my formerly very long (waist length) hair had gotten very matted. I booked an appointment with Marissa, who spent three hours patiently detangling my hair. We went through an oil treatment, and three shampoo & conditioner treatments over the course of that three hours. Marissa was very kind and non-judgemental about the state that my hair was in when I came in and managed to save a lot more of it than I had anticipated going into it. Once she had gotten my hair fully combed out, she cut it in a very adorable bob. I am very happy with the experience, and would fully recommend Marissa to anyone who is going through a similar experience with depression leaving their hair a mess.Service: Haircut
