It opened my eyes to a new way of life and reinvigorated my soul as I head back into regimented daily life. The experience gave me poweful insights and tools that I hadn't pieced together before. This is our second visit working with Jenny. Both times has been an amazing experience. She is very in tuned of what’s going on with the body and the whole person and able to create a unique experience for wellness. She creates a warm, and safe environment, is a genuine, great person and listener. Can’t wait to check out the Breathe Work…. We will be back!

Jenny is an incredible energy worker and massage therapist. The session I had with her was so well-rounded- sound healing, energy work, and hands on body work. Jenny’s energy is very calming to be around and allowed me to feel safe and comfortable expressing what was coming up through our time together. Cannot recommend her highly enough!
