    Carnation and the surrounding areas have an amazing resource of holistic approaches to health at Heart + Sol Wellness. Bethany is a fount of knowledge and wisdom. My sister in law booked the ladies in the family an afternoon of detox foot bathes. I am from out of state and normally pay twice the amount for the amazing benefits of a foot bath. If you've never had one done, don't wait! Additionally, I ended up getting a muscle session done and firmly believe I'm making healthy choices to start my 2024 year off strong based on her recommendations.
