Other company told us they couldn't find the part and we needed a new heater. Bob found a part that was close enough and now the heating works perfectly. Bob was very quick and know exactly what he was doing. I could not be happier.

The owner of Action Heating & Air Conditioning is also the technician. Bob did a fine job for me, diagnosing and repairing a faulty pressure switch in my central A/C unit that kept it from operating. While he was there, Bob also did a routine maintenance on my gas furnace. I am impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He was on-time and when the service was completed,, was very fair with his invoice. It's really nice to communicate directly with the owner of the company, who is also the same person that comes on-site to do the work.
