She took time to provide a thorough consult and provide the appropriate package for my skin concerns. She shared after care and what to expect. Overall I am pleased with the results. I have seen a reduction in redness and spider veins. I will return.

Lori is an awesome laser care specialist . She did multiple laser treatments for me and cleared my legs of countless spider veins . I had to use different specialists and clinics because we moved to another state, but there is nobody nearly as good as her that I could find anywhere so I flew to Oregon all the way from South Carolina for my last treatment to get the service and result I wanted. My absolute best rating to this clinic and my clinician-Lori !

Got laser hair remover package through a Groupon special, (which ended up not being a special at all I ended up playing full price) I believe it was for 6 sessions. The first 2 sessions were great the staff was amazing, I ask the staff, what happens if hair grows back after the sessions are done (this was prior to signing all the papers) they said you can come back for a year and get touch ups for free. NOPE! After my 2nd session the owner started to do my treatment and my treatments were rushed and I was starting to not see the results anymore, it was like the power or intensity was turned down. ( I understand not to burn or hurt me) but what was 15-20 mins sessions turned into 5 mins… after the 6th session (I was not happy) she told my I had to buy more sessions $200/each. Never came back…. Waste of money. I noticed that the original staff she had there were all gone after the 3rd session that should have been a red flag. Maybe things have changed since then, but never going back.
