    Honestly Taylor is my first experience with a personal trainer, and she is probably one the best experiences I’ll have with one. She fully listens to all concerns and questions, and truly tries to help and understand what each person individually needs from workouts and/or nutrition. I highly recommend her for anyone.

    Taylor has taught me a lot regarding nutrition and fitness. I have fibromyalgia and I was in pain often. I now feel stronger and I’m not afraid to try new things! You too may think you can’t do 270 lunges in one workout, but you can!

    Taylor is such a fabulous strength coach and has supported my fitness goals with fun workouts, nutrition advice, and encouragement. It helps she’s really fun to be around and talk to, so my workouts fly by. She always meets me where I’m at and will push me to improve, but not more than I can handle on any given day. Her pricing is very reasonable and a far better deal than paying for a gym membership I would literally never use. I hate working out in gyms because I feel like a fish out of water.
