We had a plumbing leak in the bathroom - the faucet as well as the turn-off valve under the sink - resulting in water in the bath cabinet, on the floor and down into the utility room in basement below.
We were very glad to find Proline, 24-hour service, as this was a Saturday morning, and we had to turn off all water to the house to stop the leak.
Tony from Proline was very knowledgeable and efficient in replacing both turnoff valves under the sink. He had to get cartridges to replace those in the hot and cold water faucet knobs. Best Customer Service I've ever found.High-End Work and Materials...don't use Trailer Trash Simpson Plumbing.We had a big freeze, and my pipes busted while I was in SFO. The Rep was so awesome, in the WAKE of thousands of desperate customers calling them, she had someone at my house within 2 hours.One of the most Customer Service incredible moments of my life, she helped us so much.Thank You
