They're always running behind schedule, no respect for people's time. I've had to leave an appointment after being there for 2 hours. No privacy at check-in.

My doctor was late for an hour. I waited but had to leave. My insurance was billed for the full visit anyway, and, they did not refund my co-pay. This is not only unprofessional and unethical, but illegal

Not everybody has access to their portal or experience especially the elderly. I think it's ridiculous that you can't just call and schedule an appointment I physically have to show up at a clinic to get on the schedule they need to change something here it's not working

My previous appointment was canceled by the clinic because the Dr was out on the day of my scheduled visit. I arrived 20 minutes early and checked in online, 45 minutes later I gave them back their lab forms and let them know I would not be returning. Horrible organization in every sense of the word.

I would encourage the MA who was working tonight to speak at a lower volume when discussing a patient directly outside of said patients room as they can very clearly hear the snarky and negative things you say about them and their family members.
