I'm usually used to the assistant to call me back but this was a pleasant surprise. I let the doctor know my concerns and from then the assistant Yuliya took my x-rays. She was very nice and made x-rays (which I dread) feel quick and actually not bad. She kept me informed on what I should expect from the visit about the exam and the gum measurements. I got 2 crowns done the same day and also my deep cleaning. The hygienist Linh was very thorough with my cleaning but also gentle. It was amazing that they were able to squeeze me in and get my concerns addressed asap. I love this team, they work really well with each other and they made me feel very cared for.
