I didn’t have a bad experience with another hygienist in the office, but make sure you ask to stay with Jen or they will move your appointment and not inform you of the change. I would like to have the choice to reschedule and didn’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings. There has been quite a bit of staff turnover. But Jen is still there, with Alandra in back and they are the best of the business.
