Special shout out to Kara Keating and her Yogatone class. I call it a sneaky workout because you don’t realize how hard you are working and how much you are sweating because it’s so fun! I feel awesome afterwards…refreshed, strong, flexible, relaxed. Highly recommend this amazing workout with this amazing instructor!!

I'm so happy that I found Movement Arts! I feel like we're very blessed & lucky that Camano has such an amazing yoga and movement studio. I've been attending Yoga Basics and Yin Yoga primarily with Melissa as the instructor. As someone who is relatively new to yoga, I find Melissa's verbal instruction easy to follow and that all the instructors set you up & help you to be successful just with the clear instructions they give. It is very welcoming environment for folks like me who are new! Yay!

Highly recommend - there is such variety of classes held for all abilities and practices of yoga! Great studio, very peaceful, clean, and well-instructed classes! Very happy to have such a great studio so nearby.
