Ameerah was amazing! I called in to see if they could fix a balayage I got done somewhere else - Ameerah was professional and explained what we could do, showed me tone colors and did a fantastic job. I’m super happy with my hair :) thank you!

I’ve been a loyal customer here for a couple of years now, and I’ve always loved the friendly staff. However, I recently had a haircut that left me quite disappointed. I asked for a short layered haircut with bangs and long pieces at the end. After she finished cutting it, I noticed that the bangs were uneven and the layers were uneven as well. Everyone I’ve spoken to has said that it looks like I cut it myself, not by a professional.

Scheduled an appointment for an eyelash extension a month prior to my wedding day and it got cancelled the last minute. Very unprofessional.

I've see Debra and Crystal, and they do such fabulous work! Debra has helped me understand my hair and what it needs to look it's best, and Crystal gives a killer head massage while washing your hair. Highly recommend them both!!

This salon is great. I often have limited time on my days off, so I have to take whatever appointment is available. When I need multiple services, the team coordinates well with each other -- one stylist will do my cut and another my color, for example. So far, all of the stylists who have treated me have been wonderful. Doing exactly what I want. Comfortable atmosphere with stylists who are cheerful and pleasant as well.

I’ve been here before and hadn’t experienced this before. I saw a new girl and when I booked online I knew what I was needing to pay. When my appt was over I was given my amount and it was double the price. All I had was Color placed. I did call the salon back and am waiting to hear something. I was very displeased in this.

Everyone was super friendly, they go over pricing and everything prior, only giving 4 stars since I’m not happy with how dark my hair is still , but with what I had before and was hoping for something lighter- it was more it is what it is now. Maybe I didn’t fully explain what my end goal Was. We spent more time going back and forth about mini highlights and i stated I didn’t want mini highlights I wanted thicker highlights. She did a test strand which was great and told me it came out great but she didn’t do the thicker highlights like I thought we agreed on and she did baby lights and more dark anyways which is not what I was going for. I’m well aware that it will take a few sessions to get lighter but overall it seem confidence wasn’t there. More time making up reasons than listening to what I was envisioning.
