Something is wrong with the digital wait list. Last week I walked out because the app on phone said 33 minutes but when I got inside it said 55 minutes. It felt like the a/c was off so I just left. Today my app said 14 minute wait but when I got inside, my name wasn't even on the wait list! I was made to feel as if it was my fault that I didn't know the screen is not updating and has issues. This was at least a better experience than 2 months ago when the stylist didn't even speak english. Not doing that again! Very pleased with the cut TODAY.

First off, you cannot beat the location. I’ve been coming to this location for many years and even when I didn’t live in the area, I would come here unless I had no other alternative. Even after the remodel, the location is very open and inviting. The staff are always an absolute hoot to be around. The waiting area is a tad small, but nine times out of 10 the location isn’t very crowded.
Prices are relatively reasonable, depending on what it is you’re looking for. And they have a fairly good selection of products that are up for purchase. All in all definitely one of the places where the more friendly and personable mentality is slowly starting... read full review
