Can't get them to call me back for an addition I want to add for a barn they built for me years ago. Back then, Jim Smith was the owner and great to work with. However, he sold it to the present owner who appears to have run the biz into the ground and is likely no longer in business. In any case, after several calls and messages left - without a call back I cannot recommend this company. It's a shame really.

Ark was one of the best contractors i hired on my new building project. They were quick and efficient. It's been over 5 years now and my 48x36 shop is awesome.
