Have to shout out the manager of this location, Ahmaad. After receiving an oil change at another Valvoline location where they absolutely demolished my filter cap, leaving me stranded at work with an undriveable car after all my oil leaked out, Ahmaad was the one to drive from Burien into Seattle and all around the greater Seattle area over the course of two days to get the part that was necessary to get my vehicle going again. He handled the situation with so much kindness, and was the single bright spot in an otherwise very frustrating and dangerous service experience. Great service. Friendly. They let me know the wait time right away, which I appreciate. They replaced my headlights without telling me the price. Not a big deal, and I could have stopped them to confirm, but I was surprised they didn't make sure before doing that. I'll definitely return.
The Valvoline off off 1st Ave in Burien is excellent! I only go to them, versus other companies. They are always so kind, knowledgeable, and I never feel pressured to buy anything I'm not wanting to at that moment. They'll tell you what they find; air filter, cabin filter, radiator flush, or whatever else your car is due for and are straight up with you about the price to replace or fix it along with the time frame, and/or how much longer until you'll need it, etc. 10/10 would recommend :)
