Very positive experience working with them. I hired them to correct the plumbing of a remodeled bathroom. Derek was great with explaining the project/scheduling and Rick did a great job with the work. The entire process was hassle free!
Found a very large puddle around my water main, I couldn’t see the meter to see if it was spinning or find the shut off. Called Rain City Plumbing and Derek came out within 30 minutes. Tested a few things and talked it out and didn’t think there was a leak. He was really nice guy and didn’t make feel silly for calling them out! (Had the city come out later and they didn’t think it was a leak either, probably just a lot of ground water). Anyways, once I’m ready to do a couple plumbing projects in a few months, they will be my first call!
