West Seattle Cleaners
“This was my first time using this dry cleaner, and I had a great experience.
I brought in four items, including two leather pieces and a goose-down winter jacket. I was especially nervous about the leather, and another dry cleaner had actually refused to clean my jacket because of the goose down. Thankfully, they had no problem taking everything, and all of my items came back in excellent condition. The leather looks great, and the jacket was cleaned perfectly.
They finished everything about a week earlier than the estimated completion date, which was a nice surprise. I also really appreciated their online status page, it was easy to track the progress of my order and see the final charges before pickup.
One thing that really stood out to me was that there was absolutely no strong dry-cleaning smell. Every other dry cleaner I’ve used left my clothes with a chemical odor that took days or even weeks to air out. Here, everything came back clean, fresh, and odor-free.
The gentleman at the front desk was also very friendly and welcoming. I’m very happy with the quality of the service and would definitely come back.”
