Gerardo and his team were fantastic! Our building was a big exterior paint project as it had never been caulked, had many rotten wood boards, had mold spots especially on soffits, etc. Highlands was meticulous about their prep work and correcting all those issues to set a great base to paint on. During all the work, they were thorough about covering surfaces and keeping the property very clean and tidied up every day before leaving. Not only does the outcome look amazing like a brand new building, we also know it was done right and with care to ensure it will last. Great communication, fair price, and overall wonderful job. Scope of Work & Areas Painted
• Master: was Agreeable Gray, w/ one dark accent wall
• Guest Bedroom: Dark accent wall
• Den: Dark accent wall
• Stairwell and Loft walls: was Accessible Beige
• Stair Handrails and Wall Caps
We chose Accessible Beige which is the predominant color throughout the house and a matt finish over the existing eggshell. The existing surfaces were quite distressing to me. They are now beautiful, comforting and smooth with crisp lines and no visible flaws.
They carefully sanded and sprayed the handrails and wall caps, giving them a fresh, professional finish that really elevates the overall look of the stairwell.

Gerardo and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. He came out (when he said he would), gave a reasonable estimate after looking at all the complexities of our 3 story house with plastic roofing over the deck, lots of stairs etc. asked all the right questions. They did a very good job pressure washing and cleaning and prepping everything & helping make sure all my forgotten things around the house were protected from any paint spray. They showed up on time on the days they said, worked quickly and repaired rotten wood joists, and the paint job looks so good!!
