we discovered a leak in our basement in burien coming from the shower upstairs. the plumber arrived first thing the next morning. they had to replace the shower pan, remove and reinstall the shower door, pull up the tiles, and handle a lot of tricky plumbing because of the built-in seat, which meant even more tile and marble work. from the moment they walked in, harrison and his team were fantastic. they worked non-stop each day until the job was done, kept the dust and mess to a minimum, and cleaned up after themselves perfectly. they really know their plumbing and were friendly and professional throughout. we've called them for both big jobs like this and smaller things...read full review
I've had a plumber come out to my place in Burien several times for different jobs, like replacing my well tank, installing a whole-house water filter, putting in a new shower valve, and adding some new outdoor hose bibs. John and his team did excellent work every time, and the prices were very reasonable. John really knows his plumbing, and you can tell he’s been doing this for a long time. He’s straightforward and honest, always getting right to the point, which I appreciated. Overall, I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs.
