I asked for public opinions for a septic pump company. Overwhelming response came back for Bison. So I called and they got me in same day. Rick was prompt with call back, arrival, very informative with his knowledge. I was very satisfied with their professionalism and concerns with safety regarding tank lids off. Roughly one hour in and out, would highly recommend for anyone looking.

I have used bison septic multiple times over the years of owning my home. Mike and his workers have always been very professional, helpful, and do amazing work. He's always been very upfront with costs and is on time. He's fit me in on days he's busy if it's an emergency.I've always felt treated fairly and honestly. I definitely recommend and refer him to everyone.

Mike went out of his way to help us out in a jam the very same day I called him. He also returned on a different day for no additional charge to ensure everything was functioning properly with our septic system. Was knowledgeable and professional, highly recommend!
