I would recommend Roundtree Computer Services to anyone!!! Nat was so so helpful and communicative with me through the whole process, he fixed every problem I had with my MacBook and wouldn’t let me leave until it was all perfect. Great guy and great service, I couldn’t thank him enough!

I called Nat and and I told him what was wrong with my PC's wifi and all the things I had tried to do to fix it, he then asked me a couple of questions and in that line of questions (mine was a prebuilt by someone) one of the things he suggested was checking the antenas, and after inspection I realized that the person never screwed in the external antennas (the firdt PC iv owned) After screwing in the antennas it worked like a charm and resolved the issue. If you need someone for computer diagnostic or performance related he is definitly the guy you should call.
