J&J Roofing were so good to us when we didn't know how we were going to get our skylights put in. First I called, spoke to Courtney, explained my situation. She had Ike call me. Within a hour, he came out to see what had to be done. He arranged to have 3 workers over to do the job . In 2 hours Raymundo, Iscar, and Eber were ready to work. It took them less than an hour to do the job. Excellent service and work from everyone. I would definitely recommend J&J Roofing or have them do more work for us in the future.

J&J handled several jobs in our neighborhood and were recommended by all, but I got three estimates anyway. The others were good but they beat the competition in their estimate, customer service skills and my confidence level. Ike led off and came to the house 3-4 times to make sure we were getting what we wanted with a Presidential shingle, four new skylights and new gutters and downspouts with a cool dark bronze color that complimented the charcoal roof and brown house. The crews followed up when the weather was clear and were quick and cleaned up each day. I had a small leak in my roof over my maim bathroom. Called J&J Roofing and they sent out an estimator (Josh) the next day. Josh was very professional and pleasant to work with. After speaking with him I felt confident about the work proposed. I received an estimate the next day and signed it for the work to me done. Areas of opportunity are: Didn't hear from them for a week and had to call them to schedule my appointment that was delayed the repair further until they came out. Workers arrived in the morning when I was told I had and afternoon appointment with no call to notify me of the change. Also the workers came unprepared without all the equipment... read full review
