I worked with Jason Sarkinen , he was fantastic . Terrific communication , 100% honest and transparent, and went out of his way to make the experience pressure free . I can’t tell you how stressful trying to fix a roof can be and that stress is driven from relying on someone to tell you the truth to a potentially expensive problem . Tyler came out to locate a leak we had in our bathroom vent which was caused by a crack in the vent on the roof that was the problem. Tyler didn’t stop there he checked all the roof vents turned out all were cracking fortunately, none of them had started leaking yet. Ryan came out later and replaced all the vents my husband was blowing off leaves on the sidewalk Ryan was so sweet he blow the leaves off the roof for us. The service that we got is rare and far between we’ve used Ed’s roofing since 1978 their customer service has and still is wonderful. Thanks so much Kay Amy-McCarty
