The team worked hard to fit the windows and door into our 30+ year old home. They discovered dry rot, fixed and painted it for a very fair price. We replaced all of our windows, and it made a huge difference in regulating temps across the house. I didn't realize how loud the outdoor sounds were until we got modern windows! This was an affordable option that allowed us to replace 27 windows and the front door all at one time.

You get a quality product with a great guarantee from folks who care a lot about your experience. This was the only sales visit that wasn't super pushy or obnoxious and when you are shopping for windows you get a LOT of the other and 1 hour sales pitch. While the install and crew and price were all amazing with this company the warranty work took a lot of scheduling and rescheduling. The company has been very busy and sounds like they've turned over a crew. After a few months from natural expansion and contraction as they were installed in summer heat there were some large gaps around the windows, large enough that wind was coming in from the outside so concerns of water coming in were a fair assumption. I contacted the owner/rep who did the job for me originally to come back out and reinspect and likely reseal the windows on Jan 15. Admittedly there were a few back and forth, some missed appointments and eventually we got there with a really solid explanation as to why they would only reseal the interior and a solid commit to coming this last schedule attempt. So while the work was pretty good and install time was fast and friendly they may have rushed the job juuust a little bit last summer and the follow up to get warranty work was a challenge but not insurmountable and the crew that came to do the touch ups were A-mazing and took a good amount of time to do it right and check any flaws from initial installation.
