Brewster Vet was our established pet provider for many years before transferring to a clinic closer to home due to job changes. After a recent emergency, I will never take my animals anywhere else. Dr. Hemmer met me on a Saturday morning and immediately knew something was wrong with my dog and correctly diagnosed him after his most recent vet had written us off and thrown antibiotics at him. She far exceeded my expectations in her research, communication, and didn’t seem to tire of my worried questions. On top of everything, she politely served several other patients who stopped in on her “day off” and was conscious of costs throughout the entire experience. Our family is forever indebted to Jamie for her clear commitment to her career that likely saved our dog’s life.
After snaking our customers' drain, we discovered the septic tank was full. Blue water came out within an hour. They were very friendly and hardworking. we are grateful for the quick response. Thank You
