Was looking at a weekend with no water with a dead power box. O'Connell was in my area on another call, came next to mine installed new box and saved the day! I'll be forever grateful!
We had a water issue that we couldn't find anyone to help with. This company sent out Luis, and he figured it out by going above and beyond. We really appreciate this company, and especially Luis for being courteous, and professional when we needed help.
I highly recommend this company and service .I called many ..no one but the oconnell co. tried to help...going out of theit way to do so.i was completely out of water. Their service rep. Ceaser was quick.efficent and got the problem solved...which is every customer dream..Walter said they would be there and kept his word. I will be their customer from now on.
