Brad Johnson is an incredible technician. Very professional, punctual, good humored, efficient, finds the issues quickly and explains options in terms a non-expert can grasp and support. Brad is the reason along with his service team at the office, that we keep asking for him and his company to handle our account.

The guys at Home Comfort Alliance really did an outstanding job. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They explained what they were doing and answered all of our questions.
