If you ever need your septic tank serviced, Kitsap Septic Inc is the one to call. Russ is honestly one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet — friendly, professional, and genuinely takes pride in what he does (even when it involves dealing with, well… the dirty work!).
He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. You can tell this is a family-owned business that cares about their customers and their community.

We are in the middle of purchasing a home that has a M&M contract with Kitsap Septic. While the current inspection was currently valid, the underwriters demanded we get another inspection.
Paul from Kitsap Septic was awesome. Understood that while the request was a bit....odd. He was able to get an inspector out there next day and get us the conveyance within 48hrs

They inspect my septic system on a regular basis and reported that the aerator motor was seized. I made an appointment. They showed up on time, were very knowledgeable and professional. They were friendly and answered all my questions. In addition, while they were here, they discovered a small leak which allowed rainwater to seep into the top of the tank at the riser and patched that free of charge.
I will continue to use them for septic inspections and repairs.
