I’ve been coming here for almost a year. The nail tech’s are usually very gentle and attentive. I went yesterday and the lady I had did a good job on my fill and pedicure but the experience was terrible. She was very rough, yanking my fingers and pushing my hands away when she was finished. She had her nails done as well and her nails kept digging into my fingers. She asked if I wanted my nails cut and when she cut them she didn’t ask how short or if it was okay so they are shorter than my liking. Have been coming here for the last 8 months or so and each time gets better, always giving great customer service, attention to detail and accommodating any requests. Great job to every employee there.
I love this place! I know that I can go in with a picture of what I want and most likely get it. Leanna is very honest, if she isn't sure she can't replicate my inspo picture she will tell me that she can't get it exact, but similar. I came in today and I think this is my favorite set so far! Leanna and Tony are very kind and patient, I will keep coming back.
