Had a crawl space water seepage issue on a newer build home. Adam was quick to respond via text, phone, and in person. Gave us a thorough assessment, plan, and was a pleasure to work with. Project bid was timely delivered and detailed as to scope of work.
In the end our builder is covering cost and using their own contractor. We plan on using Kitsap D&W to consult when project is done to ensure all bases have been covered adequately.
I can only speak about the pre-work aspect of our proposed job.

Adam came out to evaluate a mild basement leak and was very helpful. He examined our landscaping outside the affected area and gave us some clear practical advice on how we could manage the issue on our own.
