There were some bumps in the road along the way as we had paid for three visits to have rodents removed/inspection check. The original Saturday 8 am appointment fell through, and although we had to call to learn about that, they did credit us a small amount for the inconvenience. Nobody called to schedule the third and final visit; however, when I called to follow up, they got someone out here the following Monday (next week). I’d love to give five stars, but since we had to do much of the follow up on our end, I took off one star.
