We are returning customers. Deno helps us establish project goals and saves significant time/cost informing us which aspects of the design would help and which wouldn't be worthwhile. He always meets with us promptly and explains things clearly, and even helped with numerous unexpected situations on short notice, always showing good judgment no matter what came up. We highly recommend FineLine and it is our first choice whenever the need arises.
I don't really write reviews, but this review is well deserved. This is a family owned business. Deno, the owner, and his team are professional, very knowledgeable, resourceful, reliable (hard to find nowadays)and honest. I am big on honesty. They completed the job in a timely manner, way ahead of what I thought and no time was wasted. This is not my first time using the company and it will not be the last.
Deno has done fantastic work on our excavation project for the construction of a new house. In addition to the excavation, he helped us take stock of the whole project and anticipate what will be needed in the future, and prepare accordingly. He also helped us deal with unexpected issues that came up during the project. He clearly explained how best to handle each situation, and helped us on short notice at very generous rates. It is rare as a client to feel that a contractor is really looking out for your best interests, and with Deno we were in good hands. We will definitely be asking FineLine first for help with future projects.
