I went to the Last Tangle salon with burned hair (a previous hairstylist had aggressively flatironed my hair without any kind of heat protectant), which I had then cut myself (I know, I know...). My hair was also orange from old highlights that had oxidized. So I came in with a really bad situation and basically put myself in Sera's hands and said, "Help!"

The guy was friendly and did an okay job. He charged me $36 for the trim (he took off an inch of hair) and to fix my bangs. I guess I was thinking it would be like $25 or something but oh well. He did a good job.

I took my 3 year old daughter in for a hair style for family pictures. He was very nice and gentle she didn't say ouch once. She was shy to him but when she got home she was all excited about he gave her a piece of candy because she did so good. Great experience would definitely come back.
