I scheduled an appt for a full lash set. The night before my lash appt, I had a medical emergency which causes me to go to the ER the next morning. Even through my medical emergency, I texted my tech and told her I could not make it because I was I’ll. Asking to reschedule. She NEVER responded. Instead, I got charged 100.00 for no show. Amy does such a wonderful job and so professional . She always makes me feel so beautiful when I walk out from getting my lashes and eyebrows done . She is very thorough with her job and educating also she is always friendly ?
Unfortunately I cannot recommend Margrettes eyelash services. I booked a set with her never having had this done before. When I arrived she had me sign a waiver and then got right to work. She did not ask me what I wanted, or discuss anything about the services other than tell me how to care for my lashes afterwards.The result was the exact opposite of what I wanted. I messaged her and didn’t hear back from her for a day. Apparently the website descriptions and titles are wrong. Tried to get them fixed somewhere else and they couldn’t because my eyelashes were glued between multiple lashes so to avoid damage to my lashes I had them taken off.
