“A bathroom pipe burst last weekend and flooded into the hallway/kitchen before i woke up at 4a.m. to a strange sound of gushing water. I cannot convey how thankful our family is to ServPros mitigation and demo team. Exemplary communication with the Manager (Chirs!! Thank You!). The techs were informed, clean, respectful and knowledgeable. My favorite 3 things were
1. how the Manager keeps the initial team throughout the whole process. It is nice seeing the same faces and less intrusive, plus they know you and the job from start to finish.
2. Their response time...ASAP and consistent follow up. (In person and phone)
3. When my wishes were different then their standards the techs listened to me and waited for me to talk to Chris before moving forward with demo (saved us our entire kitchen cabinets!! )
4. They seamlessly worked with my insurance so I did not have to shoulder the burden of being the middle man
I absolutely plan to use them for the reconstruction phase. Although this is a difficult time I sort of look forward to working with Sevpro again. Thank You Seevpro for listening to me, easing my stress and anxiety and taking care of the little home that I love!
