This is our go-to dry cleaner and they always do a great job. Steve (?), Jin, and Alex are all so friendly. I like their new system that texts you when your clothes are finished - sometimes it can be 1-2 days earlier than expected.

This place does great work whether you need alterations done or dry cleaning. I’ll give them credit for that. But the father working in the front probably needs a long vacation.. Let’s just say his customer service standards aren’t there. Gets snappy when trying to ask a question, looks tired and grumpy. I don’t like to knock down another business as I’m also a business owner but this isn’t the first time I dealt with him.. However if you happen to encounter the mom or daughter, they’re great! Very friendly! One of them should take over to be honest.

Hands down, this is the best dry cleaning business in Bothell. I've been going to this store for years and while I probably use their services 5-10x/year, the quality is always excellent and the pick-up date is always on time (and correct).
