Absolutely loved working out here! Natalia led the class, and was such a great instructor, especially when it came to my form and technique with the barbell. One of the most challenging classes I’ve been to, and loved every single second of it. Awesome sound track, great vibe and love the sense of community. Will definitely return once I’m back in the area!
Amazing gym! I come here almost every day and absolutely love it. Super clean space, awesome programming, and the coaches are next-level—friendly, motivating, and always paying attention to form and safety. The community is incredible and makes every workout fun.

I have been a part of this CrossFit for over six months now, this was my first CrossFit ever and frankly any type of regular gym for a good part of my adulthood. It wasn’t difficult to learn CrossFit style of exercises. I started with Endurance classes first to build some stamina before regularly joining the weightlifting and move longer play better classes. This is truly the best hour I spend every day, away from distractions and focusing on improving myself. Coaches here are great, very friendly and easy to work with, special shout out to Joel and Andreas.
