Joel is excellent in all manner of service. He’s on time, thorough, and professional. He notifies us when he’s coming and reports back immediately after his service is complete. Best of all, he’s a really good dude!

Joel was very friendly & engaged in getting the ant problem solved. I appreciated this in that my initial contact (1st call) to the call center was less than gratifying. Dot was professional but didn't seem all that interested in helping me find a "before 1pm" appointment. Eventually I told her that I'd take care of contacting someone locally. I hung up & called a different # (same call center I'm pretty sure) & spoke with Ken. He helped me out getting a return call the following week which eventually resulted in Joel coming out. DeShawn has been taking care of our place for almost a year. He has helped us deal with spiders, expel wasps, and prevent rodents. He is always very nice, friendly, and helpful, and sharing knowledge about how to keep our place in good condition and what to do for pest control. To be honest, we started the plan for a trial, but decided to stay because of the great experience with DeShawn!
