I've been going to Starcuts for years and always been satisfied with my results.
I've been seeing Lily for a long time and Theresa at Bothell's store.
I highly recommend their service.

Kathy has been cutting my hair for 6 years. She takes her time and makes sure it's what you want. Friendly a professional. I will only trust her to do my hair. I have never left the salon dissatisfied
I walked in without an appointment, but Kathy Costello was able to fit me into her busy schedule. She understood exactly what I wanted. She washed my hair, cut it perfectly, and blew it dry. She listened, was very cheerful, upbeat, and I walked out feeling great! I will definitely make an appointment with Kathy next time!
