Finding the stylist you work with at the time and day u need a haircut is a challenge but otherwise, I absolutely love Sports Clip. Kiah is an exceptional stylist, professional and knowledgeable. Signature hot towel service, MVP is awesome.
New manager, Tammy, is absolutely terrible. She has a temper, will scream at customers, and berate employees right in front of you. I saw all of this first hand. After complaining to the general manager, I haven't felt safe enough to return to this location and will be getting my hair done somewhere else for the time being. Until that manager is fired it will need to be a 1 star review.
Edit: they fired Tammy, and the store is back to being amazing. Highly recommend Ha as she is careful, skillful, and very kind.
I have been coming here for a couple of years and generally, I have had good experience. Easy to book. They keep notes from previous visits., which helps. Stylists do keep changing, so it can be a bit up and down based on who is attending to you in a given day.
