Highly recommend Carolina! She is incredibly detailed and never rushes her work. I pass up a Sport Clips right by my house just to come to this location and get my haircut by her. She's worth the drive!

I am writing to share my positive experience as a long-time customer of Sport Clips. I have been coming to your salons for the better part of 12 to 14 years now.
I remember bringing my two sons to the Mill Creek location when they were young, Kim the manager has been cutting my hair for at least seven or eight years. She perfectly executes my haircut every single time.
I also wanted to mention how much I appreciate the convenience of the app. It is a great system that allows me to schedule my day effectively. Thank you for the excellent service over the years.

Everyone is always friendly and welcomes you in. Kim who cuts my hair is very nice and listens to what and how you want your haircut. She makes sure your haircut is to your liking before she washes it and again before you leave. Kim is also engaging with her customers asking how they are doing and carries a conversation throughout your time in the chair.
